Welcome to the website for The Moon, formerly known as The Office, 117 Upperthorpe Road, Sheffield S6 3EA. It is on Sheffield's Real Ale Trail, easily accessible by bus and tram, just behind the Tesco's on Infirmary Road.
Anyone who used to frequent The Office will remember it as pub littered with televisions showing sports, a pool table and a very ordinary selection of keg beers and national brand lagers. Well all that has changed.
The Moon is now part of the Abbeydale Brewery family, sister pub to The Rising Sun in Fulwood.
Here at the Moon, we have tried to create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. We have taken away the televisions, pool table, and gaming machines, and spruced the two rooms up to give a feel of homeliness. We have also recently changed the furnishings in the snug area with the addition of two really comfy leather couches for that home from home feel, and for you quiz experts and students we have added an IT quiz machine for your pleasure.
